A short story about me
I am an electrician by trade, starting off in building and designing control panels.  I have a strong technical background specialising in the BMS HVAC industry. 
I’ve been a BMS commissioning engineer for over 20 years, dominantly on Trend systems but have also spent time working on numerous other systems including Schneider EcoStruxure and the Tridium Niagara Platform - used as a full BMS system.

I am confident when presented with a challenge whether working independently or as part of a team of wider professionals and believe it is important to build a good rapport with both clients and colleagues.  I am competent at communicating directly with clients, to ensure that they are satisfied that their requests have been met and giving demonstrations of works carried out, as well as providing written reports containing more technical information.  

I have worked in a wide variety of locations including Hospitals, Military bases, Prisons, Morgues, Medical Test facilities, Factories, Offices, Data Centres, Climate Research buildings, Animal Habitats Centres, Westfield shopping Malls and Schools.  
These sites have given me unique experience due to exposure to sensitive confidential information, vulnerable people and a large range of Health & Safety considerations, this gave me a diverse range of experiences.

Through my career as a BMS Controls Engineer, I have acquired skills in designing BMS systems from the ground up.  I am a competent engineer working on systems such as Trend, Schneider and Tridium Niagra Systems.  I have attended courses and further developed my skills through working with skilled engineers, and I am keen to continue my professional development and expand my knowledge and skills base.

I am passionate about providing an integrated system that benefits both the client and the environment.
